Building structures for the "Ville Curma" have been finished
Building structures for the "Ville Curma"in Courmayeur, have been finished. The project, approximately 2,100m2, involves the construction of two residences with swimming pool and spa services. The construction deadline is scheduled for the end of 2024

1° PRIZE in Europan 12 Competition
ITCH studio wins the First Prize in the EUROPAN 12 International competition in Vienna with "Monument in Fertile Country" project, for the development of a new residential and office district in the north of the Austrian capital. The project develops an area of over 90.000 sqm and is characterized for a central public space, completely pedestrian, which connects all the new buildings. A large "plate" contains all the parking spaces and the vehicular mobility which is therefore completely independent from the pedestrian mobility.LINK

2° PRIZE in Via Palermo-Milan Competition
ITCH studio wins the Second Prize for the residential project in Via Palermo in Milan. The project develops all the new facades whose vertical greenery becomes the predominant element of the building itself. The ground floor, more introverted, contains some collective functions while the large terraces, overlooking Via Palermo, allow for full-height glass openings on all floors.
